We have a fly problem

We have a fly problem – we have and are trying everything. Red tops, Neporex on manure heaps far away form the stables (in the veld) Agita spray sprayed on stables, staff houses, main house 3 times a week and Agita granules scattered in relevant places. Even with all of this we still have what I consider to be a bad fly problem – maybe I life in cloud cuckoo land but if anyone has any other suggestions I would be hugely grateful.
