FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Wellington, FL, February 26, 2010 --- SequentialT is working in a combined effort with Equestrian Sport Productions, producers of the FTI Winter Equestrian Festival (WEF) to create charity fundraising programs to support relief and healthcare programs in Haiti delivered by Boston-based Partners In Health. Joint fundraising will focus on two signature events - The FEI Nations Cup, presented by CN, a team Grand Prix show jumping event featuring riders from all over the globe on March 5th and The Great Charity Challenge, a team riding event to benefit 24 specially selected charities slated for March 20th -- Peter Kraft, founder and President of SequentialT (www.sequentialt.com) announced today. Proceeds from the shirts sold for the FEI Nations Cup, presented by CN, will benefit Partners In Health.
According to Kraft, "SequentialT has created one-of-a kind FTI Winter Equestrian Festival Team shirts in support of the 2010 FEI Nations Cup, presented by CN, and the premiere of the Great Charity Challenge. The FTI WEF has partnered with SequentialT to produce custom team shirts for purchase by all event supporters. We want all spectators to join in on the fun and energy of the events by wearing their team shirts. Fans can sequence in their friends, family or an entire barn to add to the spirit of the competitions by driving the number of supporters for each team. Proceeds from the sale of sequentially-numbered and eco-friendly apparel for the FEI Nations Cup presented by CN will directly benefit Partners In Health, an activist organization with a proven track record and in-country experience in Haiti, dedicated to providing a preferential option in health care for the poor."
SequentialT is an affinity marketing company that creates scalable, viral marketing campaigns for its clients. SequentialT uses a unique numbering sequence to showcase brand and or event loyalty. Each custom-printed shirt features a country flag and a series of numbers that serves as a tangible symbol of support for a team and a way for fans to connect to one another. Using materials that are climate neutral, organic, ethically made and manufactured solely using sustainable energy generated from wind or solar power and monsoon rain water capture, SequentialT offers brands instant "green" credibility as well as access to hundreds of pro-earth causes and advocates.
"The SequentialT concept is unique, compelling and fun," according to Mark Bellissimo, CEO of Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP). "It will give our riders and our community a different way to express their commitment to philanthropy and we expect the shirts to drive both fundraising and equestrian pride inside and beyond the equestrian community. We are delighted to be able support Partners In Health who have a track record of intense focus and service delivery in Haiti. The money we raise will fuel their 'whatever it takes' approach to providing top flight health care to the impoverished."
SequentialT is the brainchild of serial entrepreneur Peter Kraft and his wife and business partner, Tracy Howe. The couple successfully launched, built and sold two start-ups and seriously considered cashing out and retiring to their horse farm. But instead, they conceived the idea for a new business -- one that does well by doing good, one that gives back to society by supporting a wide range of charities, and one that is organically green.
They teamed up with two former associates -- John Kiely, a well-known product designer, and Paulina Fibak, a financial analyst - to form SequentialT.
"SequentialT exists to facilitate "good guy" affinity marketing and to leverage existing brand awareness and customer loyalty onto a global level," Mr. Kraft noted. "We want to leverage the humanity and personal impact of the FTI WEF equestrian brands to link all of us together in support of worthy causes. We understand this process as 'compassionate capitalism.' "
