Bad News 2 horses in 1 Stable?

I went to a local stable yard lately and saw a terribly thin foal cooped up in a small stable with another horse in the same stable! The foal was extremely under weight, with its ribs showing greatly, scratches and wounds on both of their legs, most probably from these negligent grooms!

There was hardly any hay in this tiny shared stable, between these two horses there was barely enough grass for the foal alone!

The stable hadn’t been mucked out and was overflowing with flies! It must be a living nightmare for this poor foal, new to this world and treated like this, not even a stall to him self.

The living conditions of both the horse and the foal should be improved immediately! Think about how this poor foal will be treated once he\she grows up, probably beaten up and tied down.

These two should be removed and placed in better studs, not in little concentration camps for horses.
